- Once we receive your completed Service Request form, we will endeavour to contact the occupier within 24 hours and confirm the nature of the fault.
- The occupier’s details will be passed to one of our service engineers who will contact occupier within 48 hours to arrange a suitable appointment.
- Appointments will be attended within 14 days of the service engineers contact.
