Meet Rachell Bryden our Contract Support Manager

Often the first port of call for our customers, Rachell Bryden is one such team member. As the Be Modern Contract Solutions’ Support Manager she handles enquiries quickly and efficiently, and if you have ever called the number on our social media or website, you have probably already spoken to her.
Having worked for Be Modern Group for 15 years Rachell understands the business and the contractual market well. She describes her day to day role as ‘busy!’
Her key responsibilities include answering product enquiries, availability requests and booking in deliveries; however no matter how busy, Rachell is always found with a smile on her face.
‘Speaking with our customers, building on long standing relationships and forging new ones’ is how Rachell describes one of her favourite parts of her role. Our regional contract management team get a mention too: ‘Working with the guys on the road is a highlight, they are all such caring people, who are passionate about their work. It’s lovely to hear what success they are having and be of help to move the business forward.’
